Customer didn't reach out before leaving feedback. I immediately reached out and offered her full refund. I respond to all emails and will do a return/refund in cases like this. Customer said she wished that she could reverse feedback but hasn't. The item wasn't broken when I shipped or I would not have sent it. Thats is not the way I do business. I always put myself in the buyers shoes and want my customers to be completely happy with their purchases.
