I did receive the pinch wheel. Having installed it, it warps the tape just like my old cracked, hard pinch roller. (also in reverse play.) I tried various methods , none of them worked. I believe this pinch roller is not fit for purpose as intended. It also feels a bit hard. It arrived with quite a few lumps on it.
