I took the car to the BMW dealership. The tail light is faulty. It works, but will shut off and send notifications to my display system. They said to get a new light which I thought I did. I installed the new light and it does not work at all. I installed the old light and it works, so I know that the light is not functional. And it was missing a cover to one of the lighting accents

Customer never contacted us with any issue with this light. I do not believe the light in the photo is our light and I look forward to seeing this light when it is returned. We mark our lights so we will know if this is our part or not when it is returned.
