1) There were minor comm issues related to shipping. Still not sure where the fault lay, with FedEx or Seller, or how it got resolved. But, I eventually got my product, so no harm / no foul. 2) While the set is, on balance, beautiful, there’s a chip in one of the pawns and I requested they replace it. I was told shipping would be too expensive so, unless I ordered something else from them with which to ship the replacement pawn, there was nothing they could do for me.
