- 5***n (101)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe item had a chip out of it. The merchant did not disclose that the item was damaged in the listing. When I contacted the merchant they said I could send it back but refused to pay for the $23 in shipping it cost me to have it shipped!! Why should I pay for their mistake? Terrible customer service.Reply from: llmerch- Feedback replied by seller llmerch.- Feedback replied by seller llmerch. This item was listed and very carefully packaged with no noted damage when listed or shipped. It is possible the item was damaged during shipping although the buyer did not report any such issue. It is also possible that the item was damaged buy the buyer who may have dropped it? We were not there so it is hard to say.We decided to give the buyer the benefit of the doubt and offered 3 fair solutions. The buyer stated that they wanted to keep the item for free.We do not like being scammed.
