Chunk was missing on part defective part at the casting out of balance because of that now have to start return process it's a pain and all ready had car apart to put it on now have to take it apart again . need to start charging labor for that and people will make sure it right the first time

Everything we sell is guaranteed against defects & insured against damage. Customer also didn't notice issue & already has painted these before informing us of problem. If customer doesn't notice issue while painting up close, it's going to be difficult for us to see even if it was unboxed!
