It is great that it arrived earlier than estimated (on a Friday). I have used it a few times. It is a solid mug due to its weight and nonskid pad (very intact). As long as it is pre-heated, the drink stays warm and this mug retains its heat for some time. So far, I am inclined to keep it at home and not bring it to a coffee shop (due to it being ceramic). I also like that the logo is intact.
