This item was supposed to be delivered by 5/1 at the latest. As of 5/4PM it has not arrived. I ordered it on 4/20. My credit card was charged on 4/22. I contacted rfimage both by phone and via ebay email - so far, no response. FedX tracking website indicates shipping information was sent to FedX on 4/25 but no further updates. I wonder if it has even been shipped.
