When I reached out asking for updates on where the package was, I was given a lot of excuses. When I asked for a refund, I was denied. I explained that I needed this for my son's party and it did not arrive until after the fact. The seller only agreed to help after I said I would leave negative review. In the end, I was told I was not even eligible for a return.
