Worked almost all the way, with an íssue with the volume up button. Other than that the phone works, however I will leave a warning that this phone (HTC Droid Incrdible) was not easy to get into the OS, and required a debug modification in order to get in. Thankfully I know my way around forums as this was a true pain to get up and running.
