It's from date of purchase,even when still at the facility. With shipping, scheduling for installation, and all you lose about a week to two weeks more or less. So if you don't plan to install as soon as you receive your item. Wait! Nothing was discussed about making this purchase right so I am out the price for junk. In all the defective item fit! I don't recommend this seller.
