Item arrived in poor condition. at first glance looks fine, but when package is opened, the figure has broad areas coated in a particulate material (not dust) that will not wipe off, and will not wash off with soap. I don't know if this figure was sprayed with Lysol, But the finish and paint in these areas are ruined - black and pink paint wiped off and stained my fingers upon removal from package. I don't know what happened here, but it's simply not right.
