They made a mistake with one of my belts I ordered a certain belt with a one hole punch they refuse to rectify it by blaming me saying I ordered it wrong when it doesn't specify in the ad that it was only a two punch belt therefore I asked for refund of my money back and therefore they blame me and again it doesn't specify in their ad that the black belt was only a two-hole punch they're very rude and disrespectful and failed to rectify the situation by refunding me my money back.

Beware this buyer bought the items and then said we send the wrong items. We even send her a screenshot of her order that shows picture, color, and size. The buyer refuse to listen and demanded an item that is not even listed for free. We told her we send the correct items and even had proof. She threatened to give a negative feeback if she wasn't given an item for free that we dont even sell. The customer was very rude and was reported to ebay for extorsion.
