The seller said I'm the only who complained about the item, then asked me to cut the keyboard covers and send a picture to him for refund. I refused and said I would rather return them for refund. I then open a case on eBay for transparency, the seller then sent a very rude, abusive, and aggressive message. Items returned and refund received, but very bad experience.
