    Not happy with this transaction. They sent a wrong part in my order and the particulars of getting this resolved resulted in my inconvenience, time and money….not theirs. Only after I dissented with their procedures did they send the correct part outside of their “policies.” I am sending neutral feedback since they finally did send the correct part quickly. If this seller sends you a wrong part, then get ready to go through a bunch of mess to get the correct one sent.

    One of the parts that was sent to him was from a different brand. However, we've sent him the correct replacement brand part even before he shipped back the incorrect one, so he did have the ordered set in his possesion in a timely manner.
