Returned items must be complete with tags and original packaging in fully re-saleable condition.

Shoes should be returned in the original box and placed in a postal bag.

DO NOT seal shoe boxes with tape as this damages the box and the item(s) will not be in a re-saleable condition.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost or damaged in post.

We suggest you send returns using a signed/recorded delivery so if your returns parcel is lost or damaged you will be able to claim from the carrier for the value of the goods.
