Solche Kunden wünscht sich einfach keiner. Bestellt Sonderanfertigung, die am nächsten Tag schon fertig sein und via Express versendet werden soll, was er natürlich nicht bezahlen will. Dann storniert er und hintenrum möchte er die Ware dann doch, was natürlich abgelehnt wird. A la, ich bestelle einen Bentley, bezahle einen Polo und storniere dann und weil ja der Bentley produziert worden ist, könnt ihr ihn mir jetzt auch schenken. Finger weg!
