This was somewhat a not so good situation, but circumstances addressed positively. Initially, when received, the item did not play any of my dvds, store bought or taped ones. However, it seems, per seller, issue might be region of player. So, if it does not play Region 1 - US, it would cause my dvds not to play. To the positive, seller received it back, addressing that; so far, its playing both my store dvds & taped ones. All wells, ends wells. Its a cool item otherwise.
