ART. 7 - APPLICAZIONE DEL DIRITTO DI RECESSO

La dichiarazione con cui il Cliente intende avvalersi della possibilità di recedere dovrà pervenire in lingua Italiana o Inglese. Il Cliente è inoltre tenuto alla restituzione del prodotto integro in tutte le sue parti e nella confezione originale, comprensivo di cartellini identificarivi all'indirizzo appena citato, nel termine di 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento dei beni acquistati.
