Unfortunately, the buyer did not read the description or photos for this item as it was never said anywhere that the item is a pin, & indicated this as such in multiple places of the listing. We tried to bend over backwards to assist him with his purchase & processing the item via a return. He declined & decided to keep the item then cut off all communication with us.
