AVOID THIS SELLER purchased 4 pairs of hinges which arrived in plastic bag majority of hinges bent and some so stiff wont open and pair which look ok my window installer fitted to one window and had large 10mm gaps on hinge side of inside window and was advised hinges was defective contacted seller he said to open return i did he hasn't accepted return making very difficult to return and seller doesn't want to no when comes to returning for refund also charges 25% restock fee when faulty

Have painfully explained that it is very unlikely hinges are faulty and they can be returned but if no fault found a 25% fee will be levied. I have explained we have been manufacturing for 30 years and hinges are very simply mechanical devices then on the last few emails apparently they arrived bent! No mention of this on the first 10 messages or when delivered. In 21 years never has Royal Mail managed to bend a hinge let alone 4 strapped together.
