    Product is good the packaging of product for shipping needs to be different. Bottle cracked inside soft shipping envelope.

    This item was shipped in a bubble mailer with the top of the bottle taped shut. We do this with any cleaner or polish shipped. Very rarely does this ever cause a problem. All you seem concerned about is complaining about the way this was shipped. You are not even acknowledging messages I have sent you offering to replace this or issue a partial credit. Maybe allow me to help out here???
