I have purchased from this seller for 4 years and have spent thousands of $$ and bought hundreds of lbs of coffee. I am now paying 50% more for 20% less coffee with less choices. This bag was not even sealed on 1 corner which allowed beans to spill out. Normally all bags are slightly over weight (to account for the bag) but two of the four 5lb bags I ordered were under weight. Shipping box was flimsy and ripped open upon arrival. All other bags sealed full of air and leaked at the seal.

Seller has made no response in spite of years of loyalty and $$$ spent. Couldn't even be bothered to provide me with positive feedback as buyer who PIF at moment of purchase and gave them ample time correct issues. Shame. Will be picking a new coffee company.
