When it comes to the tracking itself - we uploaded it on the buyer's eBay account and it is visible there. We've transferred the parcel to the carrier in a timely manner and due to the fact that there were no updates on the tracking status, we've issued a full refund to the buyer as we considered the parcel as lost. However, the buyer received the parcel eventually and we contacted them to arrange a return since they received both the funds and the parts - but they never responded.
