Don't understand, this is untrue. Cust msg me angry that item was not shipped promptly. I wrote giving tracking info showing I shipped in 24 hours on may 11, order placed may 10. I explained I have no control over USPS shipping and that it shows was out for delivery that day by USPS. Was not disrespectful in any way and shipped promptly.
