The Post Office said they'd delivered it, but it obviously went to the wrong address and there was some frantic communication with the seller to locate it, and the seller's efforts to resolve were excellent. He was ready to send a replacement when the original magically appeared.(probably went to a neighbour) Good service from him,(recommended) crap from the Post Office.
