Seller Notes: “An unused Lifejacket Light. We had three of these come in - all sealed in their original cellophane ... “An unused Lifejacket Light. We had three of these come in - all sealed in their original cellophane sleeves. The one you will receive will be the unopened one seen in the first photo. The photos of the light came from one of the other packets we opened, to be able to display the contents. As far as we've been able to find out - this pattern lifejacket light was made by the same firm that made military ones and looks incredibly similar to those that were made for the Royal Air Force during WW2 and the 1950s. According to Google, the production of lifejackets increased in the postwar years as people began using passenger ships and ferries more, and this pattern of lifejacket light comes from that era. Obviously this item is 69 years old, so we do not guarantee that it will work - it would be a miracle if it did. Listed as 'used' due to age. For collecting purposes only. It comes wrapped in it's opened cellophane sleeve. Unissued and in VGC considering age.”
