However, when I received the camera, although the packaging showed it was new , the gimble part of the camera kept having errors, and the camera would overheat and shut itself off, and was practically unusable. I'm unsure if this was at the fault of the packaging or not, but thankfully, do to the camera not being open prior, I was able contact DJI and pay a small fee of $29 to get a replacement, since the camera hadn't been activated prior.
