As an apology, I was offered a special coupon for my next purchase to help compensate for the inconvenience.

I waited a couple days to write this review, because I was waiting for the clippers to be used. I bought them for my neighbor to cut my hair. He's been doing it for years. I asked him how the clippers worked. He said they were easy to handle. As the person getting my hair cut I thought the clippers ran quietly (not silently), and I felt no snagging. (My beard was also removed.)
