      The pen was not properly packaged all the way to the tip, so the plastic at the tip was exposed from the protective material and was broken into pieces. It arrived in a completely different condition to the product description image. I am requesting ebay's money back guarantee.

      The pen you bought is defective and it is written that it is for seris or for parts. Please send me photos of the broken parts. Penn was in a plastic box and couldn't get out on his own. I don't know what's going on, but from the photo you can't see anything except that you pulled the pen out. I don't know what happened that you wrote that the pen was broken. You gave me a negative rating without any proof. The photo shows that you pulled the pen half way out, you didn't even unpack it,
