The seller shipped it to an entirely different state, and then reshipped the item instead of just giving me a refund initially. After one month the generic part came in. When I complained about it not being a Mazda part, the seller gave me a full refund. I can't complain they refunded me, however, there is obviously a language barrier with the seller.
