        Unfortunately, this seller does not accurately represent their products. I purchased a new item but received one in worse condition than expected. Despite their initial agreement, they failed to provide a mutual resolution. The seller’s presentation may seem trustworthy, but hidden red flags emerge throughout the transaction.

        I'm sorry the buyer feels this way. They received a brand new product at a heavily discounted price — less than half of retail. After receiving it, they requested an additional partial refund, which I declined. Instead, I offered a return and full refund, which is a fair and standard resolution. Despite this, they left a misleading review. It’s clear they were seeking a great product at an unrealistically low price, and fairness did not seem to be their priority.
