    I bought the units from America as if they were 20F11ND077 but they came from China and when I reset the units it was clear I received a Chinese copy that's actually 20F11NC085. When I tried to return the units the seller made it really difficult and wouldn't send me the return shipping labels until I called eBay. Then I received the shipping labels through the messages but not through eBay so the tracking number of the returns weren't linked to the eBay order.
