        He just threw in an open bag and I lost 7 pieces total. There’s gaps big enough for some to slip out and the bag inside is not sealed. I’m so unbelievably pissed at the packaging. No care or thought into it whatsoever. Lost 12 pieces and one of the pike for the main tower!!!!!! I’m very angry at this seller and will never buy from again.

        The set was listed as “near complete,” with some missing parts disclosed and noted as not fully inventoried. We also exchanged messages about shipping and packaging—it was sent exactly as described: partially disassembled, placed in a Ziplock bag, and padded with foam. I'm sorry to hear there were issues during shipping; I would have been happy to investigate with the courier upon receipt. All relevant details were clearly communicated before purchase.
