I went to return it but the seller countered with a partial refund. Normally, I would have said no since the minifigure wasnt as described. However, I only bought the minifigure for the wings, so I accepted the partial refund. I would have left positive if the seller had issued a full refund and "made it right". He didn't which tells me he knew the minifigure was cracked and hoped I wouldn't notice.
