I got this as a brand new maintenance replacement part. The other consumable is the contactors. In my case, it is an upgraded part for a 11 year old HCS-40 where the replaced part will serve as a backup. Tested it and it delivers the expected amount of power. Seller took extra care against shipping hazards. Recommended that you consult with an electrician when performing this task.
