I gave them two weeks to 'investigate' and they gave no updates, when I asked for updates they said no updatrs. Wouldnt tell me how they were 'investigating' seems more like they were trying to stall until buyer protection wore off. Then had very negative attitude when I wanted a resolution. I ended up returning the bag, they did NOT REFUND. Ebay had to step in to refund.

I returned the item, and it was received by the seller, but I haven’t received my refund. I've messaged the seller twice, and still no response. Wouldn’t recommend, stay away from them.
