Ive paid for a used and not brand new machine . The appearance we cannot use it professionally. And an insult to be only offered £20 refund after sending pictures . It wasn't the delivery's doing as the boxes was in fab condition and no sign of being dropped in transit so it was oviosuly packed this way .
