It said the order was 20th but it was actually 14th. I didn't know what to think so I opened a case as I hadn't received it. The following day I received item so closed the case. It wasn't an entirely trouble free experience. I suppose there is a reason but I have no idea what that is. At least communicate with people is what I'd advise.
