    Absolutely filthy and rusted. Threw away the radial saw, spent an hour and a half cleaning everything. Couldn't even dump out the dirt in the bag.!!!

    The tools were well used as pictured but in good working order and they were neither particularly filthy or rusty. The dirty bag (not dirt filled) was clearly revealed with a close up photo in the listing. Buyer was informed that if not satisfied a return for a full refund was available and that return shipping was always free when due to damage or defect. Choosing to throw away rather than return was buyers decision.
