I was disappointed in the chess set magnets' strength, which was not noted in the listing. While they're functional, the pieces don't stay on the metal plate when the case is moved. They responded: 1) I was provided with everything required, 2) I should have asked questions, 3) reliable adhesion is not guaranteed, 4) they gave me a nominal discount, and 5) the set is old. This is an unreasonable amount of due diligence on the buyer when they could just include the information in the listing.

The listing is exactly as pictured and described. The chess set is in good condition. Chess pieces are held by magnets on metal surfaces even upside down. The buyer is not happy that when carried, the chess pieces are not held on magnetic plates. The buyer did not ask additional questions to this comment before purchasing, which I answer in a short time. My package included additional plastic bags for safe transportation of the chess pieces.
