ITEM WAS SHIPPED OUT THE DAY THE ORDER WAS RECIVED. However, we do not control the post office. The buyer posted these negative comments without checking the tracking number. "Sun, Jun 9, 11:43 p.m. Estimated delivery date updated to Thursday, June 13"We told the buyer that complications with our local post office delayed several packages and offered a full refund if they never arrived. Tracking clearly says the estimated time of delivery is June 13th in the most recent update. It is June 10th.
