Item was listed as excellent condition yet it had 2 tears in the fabric and 2 stains. I realize it was a pre-owned item and sold "as is" but don't list it as excellent condition if it's stained and torn. 2 days later ebay showed it as "usps awaiting item". I asked seller to track it on their end but they said they couldn't. Item took 2 weeks to arrive from Florida to Texas. I ordered another dress on the same day from California, it arrived 4 days later.
