Emailed after 10 days asking where the product was as had not received it.
Was informed that I was a scam artist and proceeded to be threatened with proof and being exposed.
Asked for not to be accused and to treat their customers with some respect.
Finally given a tracking number that states that the item is in a depot for collection which was not given initially so i could track the item down rather than having to make contact.
Requested an apology to no avail.
Stay away.
