The string height is approximately 3 mm on the 6th string side of the 12th fret and approximately 2.5 mm on the 1st string side. The hard case is generic and the key is missing. The included Hard case is a general-purpose one. There are many scratches and cracks, so please think of it as a protective case for shipping.”
