Failed to ship item. Contact them after 3 business days of no update other than "Shipping Label Created." Promised to expedite next morning. STILL did not ship item or contact me further until AFTER delivery window closed. 11 days from payment till I was able to get a refund request started.
They stated they were out of town after the first 3 business days with no ship. After delivery window closed, they blamed Samsung for not being able to reset phone. Big Song & Dance. SCAM tied up my funds.
