Bait-and-switch scammer. I bought a golf club, they accepted payment, then offered a different golf club because mine supposedly sold already. Against my better judgement, I accepted their offer for a lower condition club but they failed to ship that one. I asked them to ship it or refund and they took an attitude with me over that. There could be a language barrier but it was altogether unacceptable. I will never do business with this seller again.

Out of stock is a fact. But then I responded to the buyer's request in good faith and the buyer agreed to another item. The problem was then. The buyer insisted on weekend shipping. He threatened to cancel the transaction if I did not. I told them that I could not accommodate them because it was not past the handling time. So I told them I would cancel the transaction as they wished. Negative feedback of retaliation was obtained. I don't want to be in business where threats are acceptable.

The buyer claims the clock does not run. However, it was originally stated in the product description that it will not work. So this negative feedback claim should be invalid. We wish to remove the negative feedback.
