The item is cracked, which was not disclosed in either the description or the pictures. This was not something that happened in shipping.

The pictures were very accurate with regard to the condition of the piece. It was packaged with care and any issue was 100% from shipping . I am not able to control the handling of packages through the usps. I will not allow my reputation to be tarnished. It is unfair to get negative feedback due to shipping errors.
