This listing was advertised as "brand new" and "unopened and unused" but that is clearly not the case. The box was unsealed, and the box was clearly not in its original state. Furthermore, the condition of the device is unacceptable -- with markings all over the body, there's no way I could consider this to be "brand new." To top it all off, it took 3 weeks to get here. Just greeeeeat.
