I recommend do not buy from this seller. I message seller twice in the last 2 1/2 days to get this matter resolved. I started a return to get a refund,only then did the seller respond to me with a return label Only. (Did not answer my questions in my emails) Package/envelope came empty with a rip in front & bigger rip in the back. Cologne & Cologne box missing. Shipping label haphazardly taped on with 3 pieces of packaging tape.

Product arrived in a paper envelope. Upon opening it, I was met with a broken cap on the bottle and shampoo everywhere. This product has always had a seal in the time I’ve been purchasing- this bottle did not. Reached out to the seller but received no response.
